Our staff strives to be proficient and professional at all times. It is our responsibility to uphold appropriate state and
federal laws and statues. We have a professional partnership with law enforcement, fire, and medical services. We are
the first on the scene.
The First first responder!
The Carroll County Communication Center staffs 365 days a year; 24 hours a day. We:
- staff 10 telecommunicators and one director;
- are members and receive training at the Mid-America Regional Council building;
- have over 149 hours of training per year;
- are certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers, certified to give pre-arrival instructions;
- are CPR certified;
- are certified every 6 months in TTY;
- maintain recertification.
